Tuna Rice Salad
Ingredients
35g brown rice
3 tablespoons peas
1 tin tuna in water, drained
1 tomato
1⁄2 pepper, any colour
1⁄2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
10g spring onions
1 teaspoon mayonnaise, full-fat
How to make it.
Method
STEP 1
Cook rice according to instructions.
STEP 2
Boil or steam the peas.
STEP 3
In a bowl add the tuna and all the other ingredients (vegetables sliced).
STEP 4
When the rice is cooked, allow to cool then add to salad. Add peas and then mix all around.
